How to place an Order

To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy.

Your shopping basket can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Basket" link. To remove items from your basket simply click on the bin icon to the right of the item. Your basket also displays the delivery charge associated with your order.

Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.

Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via CardSave.

Prices All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and do not include VAT at 20%.

We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Delivery

Items are only available for delivery to mainland UK.

We aim to ship orders within 2 days of receiving your payment although the majority of orders will ship much quicker than this. If you require any special delivery requests please leave a delivery message on check out of item(s).

It is important that you, the customer, ensure that all the delivery details are correct, as we cannot accept any liability for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect information.

Standard delivery is between the hours of 8am and 6pm. If no one is available to receive the delivery we will on occasion attempt to leave the item with a neighbour, but may return the item to the sorting office and leave a calling card at the recipient's address to advise of the attempted delivery.

For next day delivery orders must be placed before 12pm.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange the item(s) or refund you. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have made a mistake. For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.

Some manufacturers charge us a restocking fee. If such a fee applies then it will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to know whether a restocking fee applies to any items you wish to purchase.

Security

All details transmitted between your browser and the servers are SSL encrypted to guard against their interception by unauthorized persons. Secure on-line payment is available via CardSave.

Installation

Helifix items can be self-installed or installed by Anderton Structural Repair Services (ASRS). Nuaire products can be installed DIY or by an electrician. Please see our installers page for more information.
