How to Order

To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require a quantity other than 1 you should also enter this before clicking on the button.

Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button. Your basket also displays the delivery charge associated with your order.

Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.

You must now decide how you will pay for your order. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via PayPal, alternative methods are available for those who do not have a credit card or who do not wish to pay on-line. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions associated with each payment method.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and does not include VAT at 17.5%.

We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Delivery

Items are only available for delivery to mainland UK - please contact us if outside this area.

We aim to ship orders within 3 to 4 days of receiving your payment although the majority of orders will ship much quicker than this. If we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order. If you require a quick turnaround service please contact us.

It is important that you, the customer, ensure that all the delivery details are correct, as we cannot accept any liability for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect information.

ASRS Supplies will attempt delivery to the recipient in the time specified, our standard delivery is for the hours of between 8am and 6pm. If no one is available to receive the delivery we will on occasion attempt to leave the item with a neighbour, but may well return the item to the sorting office and leave a calling card at the recipient's address to advise of the attempted delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to arrange to collect the item from the depot or to arrange re-delivery. If you have any doubts about the recipients ability to receive the item it is recommended that you advise the recipient to expect a delivery. Asrs cannot take responsibility to ensure the recipient is able to accept the delivery. Further information regarding Delivery can be read at our Terms & Conditions.

The distribution factory closes at 2pm daily, for next day delivery all purchases need to be made before this time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. This does not apply if you have requested a quick turnaround service.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are damaged or if we have made a mistake. For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.

Some manufacturers charge us a restocking fee. If such a fee applies then it will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to know whether a restocking fee applies to any items you wish to purchase.
